Establishing DTM Consulting originated from recognizing the challenges and obstacles faced by marketers and businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Vietnam, in executing effective marketing strategies. They understand the importance of marketing, and aspire to implement marketing activities efficiently, but lack a profound understanding of the essence of marketing operations. They struggle to operate marketing cost-effectively, aligned with the long-term strategic goals of the business. Particularly, amidst the technology and digital marketing boom, they face difficulties planning, organizing, and optimizing marketing operations.
